Public Integrity Project Represents Consumer Federation of America at Supreme Court
Today the Public Integrity Project filed an amicus brief with the Supreme Court on behalf of the Consumer Federation of America and Americans for Financial Reform. The case, Anderson v. Intel, nominally concerns retirees’ ability to challenge unwise investments in private equity, venture capital, private credit, and other firms. As these opaque actors in the finance industry try to access people’s pension funds and 401(k)s, it’s important that retirees be able to challenge unwise, and even corrupt, investments in this industry.
